Maca is mostly known for its effect on male sexual energy and female hormonal balance. Many studies have been carried out describing Macas benefits in these domains. In men, Maca was shown to improve sperm production and sperm motility.
Camu Camu fruit contains the highest concentrated source of naturally occurring vitamin C (thirty times more than an orange) along with ten times as much iron, three times as much niacin, twice as much riboflavin and fifty percent more phosphorus. It is a significant source of potassium, minerals and amino acids.
